The Pittsburgh Pirates have won two games in a row.

Pittsburgh beat the Seattle Mariners 7-2 at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on the 18th (Korea Standard Time).

With this victory, he recorded two consecutive wins after 10 consecutive losses, 58 wins and 64 losses. Seattle’s winning percentage is threatened with 63 wins and 61 losses.

Bae Ji-hwan, who started as right fielder at No. 8, had no hit and one strikeout in four times at bat. His batting average for this season decreased to 0.190. The most regrettable was his last at bat in the eighth inning. He sent a hit with a speed of 100 miles and an angle of 28 degrees to left-center, but Victor Robles, the opponent team’s center fielder, chased him and caught him. If he had an expected batting average of 0.600 and Wrigley Field, he would have gone over the fence.

Instead, he lost a long shot from the defense line. He chased Justin Turner’s line-drive hit with one out and runners on the first base in the top of the eighth inning, and caught the ball by hitting himself against the fence. The defense was impressive enough that Dennis Santana, who was on the mound, raised his arms to cheer.

He displayed impressive defense in the top of the ninth inning as well. With the bases loaded with no outs, he ran out Victor Robles’ fly ball, which was missed, and caught it with a diving catch. It was his defense that prevented losing points.

On this day, Pittsburgh took the atmosphere with long balls whenever necessary. Six of the nine hits recorded by the team were long balls. When the opponent chased, he added points again, widening the gap.

It started well. First batter Isaiah Kiner and Palepa hit a home run over the center fence in the first inning of the game. It was his first leadoff home run in his career.

When Seattle scored a point with Victor Robles’ timely hit in the second inning to tie the game at 1-1, Laudie Tellez hit a two-run homer that slightly crossed the right-center fence in the bottom of the fourth inning. It was his 10th homer of this season.

When Seattle followed with Jorge Polanco’s double to right-center in the fifth inning, a double by Joey Bart in the bottom of the sixth inning followed by a single to the right by Brian De La Cruz.

He scored a lot in the seventh inning. Following Jared Triolo’s solo home run to the left, he added another two runs on consecutive doubles by Bart and Telles with two outs and a runner on the first base.

Starter Bailey Falter became the winning pitcher with eight hits, eight strikeouts and two runs scored in 52/3 innings. He let out two runners in the first inning, but allowed no run. Runners were in the scoring position in the second and fifth innings, but allowed one run each. He allowed only three strong hits with a batting speed of 95 miles or higher.

The closing pitcher was regrettable. Domingo Herrmann, who came up to the plate in the ninth inning, threw a walk and threw no outs, leading to the bases loaded. As a result, he had to deploy closing pitcher David Bedna for two consecutive days.토토사이트 순위

Seattle starter Luis Castillo allowed five hits, two homers, three walks, six strikeouts and four runs in 51/3 innings, to lose the game. The bullpen was not that sharp, either. Notably, it was so difficult that three pitchers – J.T. Shagwa, Tyler Sociedo, and Trent Thornton – had to be deployed in the seventh inning.
