Seodaemun-gu Office beat Gimcheon City Hall, Sacheon City Hall, and Jeonnam Basketball Association in turn to win the championship cup at the 79th National Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships held in Yeonggwang from July 30 to 1.

While captains Yoon Na-ri, Lee So-jung and Kim Han-bi were absent, “Seodum Cute” Park Eun-seo (170cm, F) took the lead in winning the match against the Jeonnam Basketball Association with 14 points, 4 rebounds, 10 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks.

“I heard Seodaemun-gu Office is the first to win three gold medals in business basketball,” Park said. “I’m so honored to share this meaningful moment with you. I’m even happier because it’s my first time to win the MVP award at such a big competition.”
Seodaemun-gu Office always performs with support that resembles a professional basketball team. In this competition, about 100 Seodaemun-gu residents and Seodaemun-gu officials reserved a tour bus to Yeonggwang from Seoul, where they filled the seats to cheer enthusiastically.

This interest and support will be a great help to the outside professional basketball players who have little public interest. Park Eun-seo said, “I am so grateful to the residents who came all the way. Thanks to the support of the residents, I was able to win the championship.”

Park Eun-seo, who graduated from Hyosung Girls’ High School and Yongin University and played an active role in Daegu City Hall, moved to the team with the establishment of Seodaemun-gu Office this year.

Park Eun-seo said, “Coach Park Chan-sook said, ‘Trust me and follow me.’ In fact, at first, I was very worried because it was a new team, but I am working out in a really good environment. In particular, thanks to the generous support of Mayor Lee Sung-hun, I am only focusing on exercising. Usually, the head of the district asks if there is anything you need for the team and takes care of each and every one of them. I thank the coach and the head of the district once again.”토토사이트 모음

Seodaemun-gu Office has won three gold medals this year, including two vocational federations and a race to end the year. It was his first accomplishment in a year since his foundation. He is aiming at winning four gold medals in the upcoming National Sports Festival in Sacheon, South Gyeongsang Province in October. It is possible because there is no opponent. However, Park Eun-seo said she was confident that she would win not only the title but also the victory.

Park Eun-seo, who has always claimed to be an energizer, said, “My goal is to win more than four gold medals. Finally, I have the National Sports Festival left, and it’s the biggest competition, so I have to prepare well,” and added, “I’m always good at working hard (laughs). I want to help the team win the National Sports Festival with the fighting spirit as it is now.”
